Specials that were once only available at theatrical and speaking events are now available for online ordering: the DVD + CD combo pack, and the Signed DVD + CD Combo pack. PLUS customers outside the United States can now special order a version that comes with a PAL disc for regions 1, 2, or 4.

Simply select your preferred disc type (NTSC or PAL + NTSC), package type (DVD only or DVD + CD combo pack), and signed/personalized preference (unsigned, signed by director, personalized by director, or signed by cast & crew). Note that the PAL option is ONLY available online!
