RETURNS: Excluding personalized items, we will accept returns of physical media in the original shrink-wrap and packaging if postmarked within 30 days of original order. We do not accept returns of opened CDs or DVDs, or of any item after 30 days from receipt of delivery. Restocking fees may apply. Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
EXCHANGES: We know how frustrating it can be to receive a disc that won't play. Before contacting us, please try playing the disc in another player or computer. If other equipment is unavailable, please try cleaning your equipment with commercially available CD/DVD cleaners. If after cleaning and troubleshooting the disc still will not play, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and let us know the steps you took to verify that the disc is defective. We will do our best to make sure you have a playable copy as quickly as possible.
